Shipping fees are not refundable.
No refunds for downloadable products.
Returns are not accepted for opened or damaged items.
Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt for shipping damages. You must notify us within three (3) days of receipt of any shipping damages. We cannot take responsibility for shipping damages beyond this point.
You must contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) by submitting a request for a return merchandise authorization through our contact page or emailing us at nasdcert@gmail.com. Please make sure you write this number on the outside of the box you send back to us. Returns without an RMA# will be refused. A return address will be provided with the RMA#. You must use a trackable method of shipping when returning or exchanging items. However, we cannot accept returns for items damaged in transit where that damage is not reported to us within 3 days of a customer accepting that shipment. Damages must be reported immediately.
The refund amount, confirmed when the RMA# is provided, will be refunded within 7 business days after the item is received.
For exchanges, the exchange item will be shipped as soon as the return item is received and after any additional payment is received (such as shipping cost for the exchange item, and the difference in the price of the items if the exchange item costs more than the return item).
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment. If an order is shipped prior to cancellation, it is subject to a 10% restocking charge.
